ANTIQUE 19TH Century French Painted Walnut Double Bed and dating from around 1880. This lovely bed has been professionally painted and distressed in a neutral colour with contrasting gold elements to the cartouche and mouldings. Both the head and footboard of serpentine shape and are raised on carved legs and feet. It has its original shaped side rails. The bed comes with a contemporary base and will take a standard double mattress.

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is and polished using traditional waxing methods.
