Description

An antique early 20th century Chinese painted cupboard in Elm and dating from around 1900. This original Chinese cupboard has 2 painted doors both with bronze escutcheons and clasp. The paintings on the doors are of flora, forna and village scenes. Inside is a hatch in the floor of the cupboard and has a painted panel under the doors with a shaped frieze. It stands on stylised legs and has panelled sides.
Measures: Height 61" x Depth 19.5" x Width 40"
