Description

A Walnut and Burr Walnut compactum triple wardrobe and dating from around 1890. This stunning piece has a moulded cornice with a carved pediment above and a wide lip underneath. It has a mirrored door to the left hand side with original Brass handle and inside are four removable slide trays and two drawers to the bottom. On the right are two short doors both of which have a carved panel above a Burr walnut moulded panel with original Brass handle and a hanging rail with hooks inside. Under the doors are two short over two long graduating drawers with original Brass handles and Burr walnut drawer fronts. The wardrobe stands on a plinth base and separates into seven pieces for ease of movement.
