Description

Lovely Antique George 11 Country Elm Dresser Base or Sideboard and dating from around 1750. It has a plank top above three drawers all of which are elm lined and with original brass handles. There is a central panel and to each side a panelled door with brass handles and with internal shelf to one side. It is moulded to the base and stands on bracket feet. It is hand & peg joined.
Measures: 32.5" high x 19.5" deep x 64" wide
Unfortunately the camera does absolutely no justice to this lovely dresser base which has a lovely deep colour and patination to the elm and has been cleaned using a traditional wax polish bringing out the lovely grain and patination.
