Description

Antique George 111 Cuban Mahogany side or desk chair and dating from around 1780. Constructed from quality solid \cuban mahogany it has a serpentine shaped top rail above a vase shaped central back splat and with drop in seat pad with a later and most attractive Victorian needlepoint cover. It stands on squared and tapering legs joined by an 'H' stretcher.
Measures: 37" high x 22.5" wide x 20.5" deep x seat height 18"
In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality cuban mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period.
