Description

Superb Antique Regency Mahogany Extending Dining Table and dating from around 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany and can be used as either two demi lune side tables which clip together to form a circular dining table and with the addition of either one or two centre leaves forms a table that seats up to ten people comfortably.
The top has a cross banded and double strung edge above a deep skirt with chequered stringing and stands on squared and tapering legs on a spade foot. Joins together with its original brass clips.
An extremely versatile quality Regency dining table.
Measures: 29" high x 46" deep x 46" wide (as a circular table) extended with one leaf x71" wide and extended with two leaves 96" wide.
In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period.
