Description

Large Antique Italian Burr Walnut Wardrobe or Armoire of Serpentine Shape and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality burr walnut it has a moulded and shaped cornice top above four full length serpentine shaped doors with quarter cut Burr panels and with beautifully shaped moulded edges and original ornate brass handles. To the centre and between the doors there is a further full length panel with shaped moulded edge. Internally it is all hanging with two drawers to the base on one side and the other side has a shelf to the base with open space beneath. It stands on a moulded serpentine shaped plinth base on cabriole legs with a carved foot.
Completely breaks down for ease of transporting.
Measures: 80" high x 25" deep x internal depth 21" x 92" long
