antique 18th century period carved oak cupboard c1780

Description

Antique 18th Century Period Carved Oak Cupboard and dating from around George 111 c1780. It has a carved pediment top with carved panel and single shelf above three carved panels the central panel being of celtic design with carved lozenge to each side and having turned and block supports. The base has a plank top above a lunette carved frieze and two carved panelled doors with internal shelf. It stands on original stile feet and has panelled sides. It is hand and peg joined. The top separates from the base for ease of transporting.
Measures: 64" high to top x 30" high to base x 19.5" deep x 49" wide
A very nice Period Oak Sideboard and in very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
