Description

Absolutely Superb Pair Ladies & Gents Burr Walnut Wardrobes and dating from around 1920. Constructed from quality walnut. Both Wardrobes being an identical pair and having a moulded serpentine shaped cornice with carved cartouche to the centre above two full length doors with wide crossbanded edge and with ornate lock plates and ornate hinges and decorative gilt supports to each side. They are raised on a plinth base on short cabriole legs.
The Ladies Wardrobe being larger and internally is all hanging with a single small shelf to one side.
The Gents Wardrobe being the smaller and internally it is all hanging to one side and to the other side there are open shelves above two glazed cupboards and two drawers over an open compartment.
