Description

A Superb Antique French Medium Oak Armoire and dating from around 1920. Constructed from quality solid oak it has a serpentine shaped cornice top above a deep crossbanded frieze and a central oval bevelled mirrored door with carved roses to either side and carved panel to the base. This is flanked on either side by carved panels ( one of which is a door) and with a carved panel to the top above two fielded panels with beautifully painted flora and ribbon swags . Internally it is all hanging with brass rail . It stands on a plinth base on turned legs. It has panelled sides and completely dismantles for ease of transporting.
