antique edwardian oak triple wardrobe c1900

Description

Antique Edwardian Oak Triple Wardrobe and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality oak it has a cornice top above a deep frieze carved to each end with acanthus leaf and small turned spanderall to the centre. This is above a full length central bevelled mirrored panel flanked on either side by a full length panelled door both of which are carved to each corner and with small spanderall to the centre and with brass handles. internally it is all hanging with brass rail ( clothes go behind panel). The base is moulded and has two deep drawers both of which are oak lined with brass handles. It is raised on turned legs joined by squared stretchers and the whole separates for ease of transporting.

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
