Description

Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Combination Wardrobe and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top with chequered inlay and a crossbanded frieze . To one side there is a bevelled mirrored door within a mahogany frame with chequered stringing and with brass handle and full length internal hanging space. To the other side is a single flamed mahogany door with an oval moulded panel and inlaid chequered stringing with original brass handle and internal removable shelf. This is above three oak lined drawers all of which have chequered stringing to the edges and original brass handles. To the base there is a single long deep drawer again with chequered stringing and being oak lined with brass handles. The whole being raised on a deep plinth base and separates for ease of transporting.
