A MOST UNUSUAL AND ATTRACTIVE ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN MAHOGANY DOUBLE BED OF QUALITY AND DATING FROM AORUND 1900. BOTH THE HEAD AND FOOTBOARDS HAVE A MOULDED WIDE TOP RAIL ABOVE VERTICAL LATS AND WITH TWO INLAID PANELS OF FINE STRINGING. TO THE FOOTBOARD IS THE MOST UNUSUAL FEATURE OF A DEEP MAHOGANY DRAWER WHICH HAS FINE STRINGING TO THE EDGES AND ORIGINAL HANDLES. THIS DRAWER IS ORIGINAL TO THE BED AND ARE VERY RARE TO FIND. IT HAS ITS ORIGINAL DROP IN SIDE IRONS AND STANDS ON SQUARED LEGS ON CASTORS.
