Description

An antique Burr Walnut double wardrobe and dating from around 1920. This lovely wardrobe has a serpentine moulded cornice with a carved cartouche above. Both doors have a moulded panel with a wide cross banded edge to the doors both with original brass handles with pierced escutcheons. The wardrobe has canted corners with carved laukes to the top. Inside on the left is a hanging rail and on the right is a shelf with a rail underneath. The wardrobe is moulded around the bottom and stands on short cabriole legs and it dismantles for ease of movement.
