Description

Antique Victorian Light Oak Carved Grren Man Hallstand and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality solid oak a most attractive Hallstand having a shaped and carved pediment to the top with Green Man carved mask to the centre above a panelled and carved frieze with long beveled mirror to the centre flanked on either side by carved panels and with a carved sunburst panel below which leads to an oak shelf with a single drawer with carved a Green Man handle. It has its original turned oak coat hooks. It has ring turned baluster front supports with turned finials and joined by a shaped carved frieze. It has its original stick pans to the base and stands on turned feet.
MEASURES: 87" HIGH X 16.5" DEEP X 36" WIDE
with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
